The DRAW module allows to perform an indoor three-dimensional survey, directly on the point cloud, instead of on the field, and more quickly. Starting from the virtual survey it is possible to obtain the line and triangle 3D models, defining a light and easy to manage three-dimensional model also by a low performance computer. This model can be used to obtain contour lines, volumes calculation, sections or as a basis for virtual reality and rapid prototyping.

Points clouds
Aligned point clouds.
Virtual survey Virtual survey on point clouds. It is possible to perform a sort of virtual survey on point clouds, i.e. placing a set of three-dimensional block references featured by text attributes. They represent the points of the cloud which the user considers significant for the following representation phase, as a survey has been performed on the field.
Lines 3D model On the virtual survey it is possible to construct the line 3D model by both joining directly points by 3D polylines and elevating polylines with respect to the block references linked to the polylines vertices.
Triangular surface Construction of the triangle superficial 3D model starting from the line 3D model.
Shade of triangular 3D model Triangle 3D model shaded view.
Contour lines on 3D model Contour lines computed on the triangle 3D model.
Top view of contour lines Contour lines top view.
